After-sale service

1. Warranty: 2 years warranty and lifetime maintenance. 

2. Free to repair: Within the warranty period, we repair the device for free including the labor cost and material fee; after the warranty expires, we provide accessories with reasonable price, lifetime maintenance. We take responsibility to any problems because of the products itself.

3. Response time: We promise to provide technical support all day as long as we receive the clients’ message.

4. Accessories: Necessary accessories are prepared for the clients before the led display leave the factory.

5. Free training: We train the technician of purchaser how to operate the led display, how to analysis and fix the glitches, make sure the clients could use the device and software expertly.

6. Call-back service: Within the warranty period, the customer service staff will contact the clients by call per month, to see the running condition of the led display, or if there is any problem to solve.

7. Software upgrading: Maintain the software system for life, and perfect the system continuously.

8. Local installation.
